3. Can’t be professionally inspected.
If you buy electric equipment, brand items, tickets, cards, etc., we cannot inspect the items professionally (i.e. quality, authenticity, completeness, etc.). The inspector can only check whether the items’ appearance is in sound condition or accessories complete, but can’t turn on the equipment to check the quality.
 
4. Fragile items
Contained ceramics & glass products, irregular shape items (wipers, automatic damper, etc.), items during delivery may cause abrasion, broken, please be cautious to purchase. We guarantee the completeness of the items before delivery, but if such items are damaged during delivery, and logistics have categorized them as fragile, you need to bear the resulting loss caused by the above situation.
 
5. Customized products
If you submit orders as customized items, we suggest you negotiate with the seller directly so that your requirements would be met. After successful negotiations, you need to provide us with the number, information, or signs of Wangwang chatting with the seller. We can not do a professional inspection of these items, so you need to bear the resulting loss caused by the above situation.
 
6. Deposit order
Due to the regulation of Taobao sellers, a deposit order cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, and meanwhile, you have to follow up on the seller’s issued information and clear the outstanding balance. Then after that, the items could be delivered. If the outstanding balance cannot be cleared within a certain time, the deposit will not be returned.
 
7. Sellers with poor credit
We suggest you choose the well-reputed store that has more than three hearts and has paid for the Taobao guarantee. If the seller‘s credit is low, and there is no guarantee paid, there might be bothersome situations, such as false delivery, no delivery, no after-sale service, and no rights protection. You need to bear the resulting loss caused by the above risks.
 
8. No Counterfeit Goods
Our company strictly prohibits the sale or transportation of any counterfeit or fraudulently branded products. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer attempting to procure such items.
All products procured through our service must be genuine, authorized merchandise from the respective brand owners. We will not assist in the acquisition or shipment of any counterfeit goods.
 
9. Product Quality
Please note that our company does not assume any responsibility for the quality, condition, or functionality of the products procured through our service.
The customer is solely responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of any items ordered prior to final acceptance. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products delivered.
Our role is limited to facilitating the procurement and shipment of the requested items. Any issues related to product quality or performance are to be addressed directly with the original seller or manufacturer.

“Sealed” refers to: The seals or the plastic wrap on the packaging of the product applied by the manufacturers.
Rules for parcel forwarding, signed acceptance, and inspection
  1. When signing on receipt of a parcel, if we find that the parcel does not suit the product packaging requirements (for example, if the exterior of the packaging is seriously damaged), we will not accept the parcel and may return it to seller or you.
  2. If your parcel fulfills all product packaging requirements, we will then open it and check for forbidden items, then weigh it and place it in the warehouse.
  3. If your product does not fulfill the requirements for air shipment, we will mark the corresponding order and notify you concerning product returning affairs.
  4. If you find the parcel has not been signed by our warehouse after the standard delivery date (our warehouse is located in Xiamen and usually the domestic parcel should arrive in 3 to 5 business days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or the online customer service team to check the status of the parcel.
 
 
Details on “product inspection & verification” and warehouse stocking
  1. By selecting “product inspection & verification”, you are authorizing us to check the quantity, color, size and other information regarding the product. After we inspect it, the original express delivery box will be discarded, and we will seal the product in Hoobuy’s own packaging and place it in our warehouse. (This does not apply to items that are fragile, easily damaged, or extremely large, and items for which the express delivery box is already part of the packaging. The actual packaging results may differ according to the situation)
 
a. Slight color differences, size errors and effects of use etc. are not part of the product inspection process.
 
b. For electronics, digital devices, accessories and other products that require specific expertise, we will not be checking the quality, model, and accessories during the inspection.
 
c. For products such as CDs、Figures and adult toys, we will not open the products that are sealed or products with sealing labels. We will only check the exterior for damage and will not be responsible for what is contained inside the plastic packaging.
 
  1. If you do not select “Standard Quality Inspection”, we will either refuse to sign the parcel or change the box/packaging for you. However, when the original box/packaging of the product is damaged, we will refuse to sign the parcel or change the box/packaging for you. We will make sure that your product will be properly stored and your benefits are protected. If there is any problem with the parcel that is shipped to the warehouse, please verify the problem with the sender, Intbuy99 is not responsible or liable for any compensations.
What is 5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee?
5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee is a special after-sales service (including the service itself and the tech support) offered to customers by sellers on third-party platforms. Within 7 days after the product is signed (i.e. within 5 days after the product is stocked in the warehouse), the buyer can return/exchange the purchased product based on this rule and associated rules released by third-party platforms.

For return/exchange request submitted within 5 days after stock-in, we will proceed per standard procedure.
 
How to Request Return/Exchange Service
Within 5 days (starts at the next hour after the status changes to “Stocked in”, 5 days =120 hours) after the order status is changed to “Stocked in”, you can request return/exchange service on your page. The request might not be accepted after the time expires.

All users are exempt from the Service Fee for the first return /exchange operation in each calendar month. additional application will be charged as follows :
Unconditional return = Shipping cost to the seller + shipping cost from the seller + 5 RMB (Service Fee)
Unconditional exchange = Shipping cost to the seller + shipping cost of 2 trips from the seller + 5 RMB (Service Fee)

After items arrive at Intbuy99 warehouse, professional inspectors will inspect the items which are purchased by us.

Example of clothes, we will inspect the color, size (depend on your remark or eventually modified version), widespread damaged and other significant issues. If you find such problems when you receive the parcels, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with confirmation of negotiated solution. Some details, like color difference, thread, etc., Intbuy99 will not be able to provide a 100% guarantee to you. Hope you can understand.

And electronics belong to the special items category, Intbuy99 inspectors can only check whether the items are intact appearance and fittings are completed, but cannot check on quality problem through booting.

Hello, the seller’s gift ownership belongs to you regardless of the value. Along as you don’t have special requirements to give up sending or it is not suitable for mail, we will wrap all the gifts in your parcels and send them to you as well.

Shopping Agent Service gifts’ inspection rule
1. If you want a specific gift please enter note to the remark clearly when submit orders in order for us to help you negotiate with seller, but we cannot guarantee that sellers must be present the gift. If sellers actually do not present gifts, we do not reissue.
2. If you don’t have a note to the gift when submit the order, and the seller did not send gifts either, we won’t do the inspection and after-sales of gifts.
3. Dangerous items prohibited by customs will be discarded.

Except for part of the customized products and pre-order items, Jingdong, Amazon self-running logistics will deliver 0-1 day. (not self-running, franchised merchants send out delivery within 3-5 days)
